Our philosophy of biblical counseling can be summed up in a very few words. We believe in the sufficiency of Scripture to adequately address every issue of the human heart. In other words, in the Bible God has provided "everything pertaining to life and godliness" (2 Peter 1:3). At the root of man's problems is a spiritual disease called "SIN." Every man is infected with it and only God provides the cure. Whether the issue is conflict in marriage, rebellion in children, depression, fear, anxiety, or any other ailment of soul, the Word of God offers both the correct diagnosis and the only true remedy.

By God’s grace Calvary Biblical Counseling Ministry (CBCM) is able to offer our counseling services FREE of CHARGE by counselors who have been certified by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). Those who desire Biblical counseling can be assured that the counsel offered is based on the counselor’s informed (and psychology free) understanding of the Bible as it applies to the human heart.
